Bear Naked sent me a box of their New Bear Naked Fit Almond Crisp Cereal. I received the cereal on wednesday, but I decided to save it for a special day…. Leg Day! So today I started my morning off by teaching a water class followed by a leg workout. I knew I needed adequate energy for this workout,but didn’t have time to make my usual egg whites and oatmeal. This cereal was the perfect match for my 2 hour workout, with 42g of carbs and 7g of protein, it gave me the energy I needed. The sugar is a little higher than I normally have for a cereal with 9g, but for a complete breakfast it was’t bad.
You really can’t beat a cereal that has pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, coconut, and chia seeds. The serving size is for 1 cup with 230 cals, but if you wanted to cut the serving size in half you could always add it to greek yogurt or oatmeal. The texture is great and I love that it is so crunchy. This cereal is great for a cardio and lifting day or intense workouts like cycling or HIIT.

I love the workout at my gym ABP in Jax. It’s a mix of boot camp and cross fit… and it changes every week!
There’s a leg day workout from Livefit trainer that I find to be pretty intense.
The circuit cardio class my friend Troy Ann teaches is my favorite.
I would have to say Spinning class! The intervals are super hard and everyone else in the class keeps you pushing out of your comfort zone.
I love circuit training and alternating upper and lower body!

RUNNING AROUND THE POOL…. IN 4FEET OF WATER…. TILL YOU CAN NOT DO ANYMORE… THEN LAY BACK ON A FLOAT AND RELAX….. 🙂

Yes I teach water aerobics. Very good exercise!
My favorite is Crossfit or cycling!
I love sprints in the parking lot of the gym…. Yellow lines are no longer just telling me where to park they are my running buddies too. Oh and I LoVe crossfit (start as a team and finish as a team)!
My favorite is an intensity class at my gym. This is a 30 minute HIIT class with 30 seconds- a minute all out effort with 10-20 second rests in between exercises. Totally butt kicking… followed by 50-60 minutes of a spin class. It is one of those days you have a love/hate relationship with 🙂
BURPEES!!! wow , they are so hard but such a great overall body exercise. I have a love-hate relationship with them.
I can always count on zwow’s from zuzana light for a super intense workout!
