I started my day by teaching water aerobics this morning. Not a bad job to have on a Saturday morning. I love teaching and this summer I have stayed busy by teaching 12 classes a week. Most of the classes I teach are water aerobics, which I don’t mind because its such a great workout. It is  low impact and enables you to burn up to 500 calories in 1 hour! After teaching I did a workout with my friend that included pull-up, tire sprints, tire flips and crunches. Fun right!? After my workout I stopped by Trader Joes and picked up some cherries, oatmeal and chicken to get me through the weekend. I was starving by the time I got home and decided on none other than egg whites, Ezekiel toast and cherries. A couple of hours later is was time for a snack, I chose my all time favorite snack of Greek yogurt and granola.
