A lot of people have asked me what arm workout I am doing. Today I did Biceps and Triceps and will share with you what I did. If you want toned arms you have to lift heavy, it should be hard to lift on your last two reps. Challenge yourself, you may surprised what you can do.
Bis and Tris Arm Workout:
- Warm up 10 Bicep pull -ups
Superset 3×12
- Cable Rope Bicep Curl
- Cable Rope Tricep Extension
Superset 3×12
- Seated Bicep Curl with DB
- Tricep Dips (off bench)
Superset 3×12
- Overhead Cable Curls
- Single arm Cable Tricep push down
End of Superset
- Bicep Curls with barbell 2×21
Superset- Performing 2 exercises in a row without stopping. Once complete rest for 1 minute and repeat.

Post Workout Shake: Peach Protein shake
1 Cup Almond Coconut Milk
1 Peach (peeled,cut and frozen)
1 scoop Protein Powder ( I used MRM vanilla)
