Lately I have been obsessed with incorporating the Bosu in my workouts. I like that they are challenging and allow me to change things up. The key to these workouts is to keep your core tight to help with balance. If you are just starting out, try  balancing on the Bosu and then do the exercise without weight. Once you feel comfortable add in the weight. Squats are a great exercise to do on the Bosu to help stregthen hamstrings, quadriceps, glutes and core muscles.
