I absolutley love Reese Cups. Especially the holiday shapes! I do not love all the calories and sugar that come with them though. I think anything with chocolate and peanut butter should be calorie free. Just sayin :). Since Valentines day is coming up I decided to make my own healthy version. I even had a heart shaped silicon cupcake holder that I got Target. These are amazing and satisfied my reese cup craving! My husband loved them as well.

Healthy Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients
  1. 1 3.5 oz Ghiradelli 72% intense dark chocolate bar
  2. 2 tbsp coconut oil
  3. 1 1/2 tbsp all natural peanut butter
  4. 1 tsp honey
  5. 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
  1. Add chocolate bar, vanilla, honey and 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil to sauce pan and heat on low until melted.
  2. Pour 1/2 of melted mix into silicon cupcake holder and place in freezer for 10 mins.
  3. In a separate sauce pan add peanut butter and 1/2 tbsp coconut oil and heat on low until melted.
  4. Take chocolate out of freezer and pour peanut butter over chocolate and freeze for 5 more minutes.
  5. Pour final layer of chocolate over peanut butter and freeze for additional 5 minutes
