I had a bunch of apples left over from my 5k I organized last week (recap coming soon) and I needed to put them to use. My son loves applesauce and I also like bake with it. Making a big patch would not go to waste here. The apples I used where organic honey crisp from Whole Foods. This recipe is really easy and the hardest part is peeling the apples. My house smelled amazing!
