One of my favorite ways to train is with a Kettlebell. With kettlebells you are able to work your entire body by using strength, power and speed all in one unit. Yesterday I created a quick kettlebell circuit, that can be done at home or at the gym.  This workout is for all levels, quick and will keep your heart rate up. Give it a try!

Kettlebell Circuit:

Go through the circuit then rest for 1 minute. Repeat for 3-4 times.

20 kettlebell swings

20 upright rows

20 bicep curls

20 tricep extensions

12 single leg deadlifts (12 each leg)
