What I Ate Wednesday is dedicated to what Jeremiah eats. People sometimes ask me what I feed him, so I wanted to show you some of his favorite clean eats.

Breakfast: Yogurt, Oatmeal with milk, brown sugar and raisins, & fruit.

Snacks: Edamame, apple sauce, crackers, fruit, or smoothies.

Lunch: Applegate turkey , grilled chicken, sweet potatoes, fruit, rice and beans.

These are some examples of what he typically eats. For dinner he always has what we eat. He is two so he does enjoy goldfish,popcorn, mac and cheese  and treats on occasion. Kids can eat clean too:)
