I love Fridays! Who doesn’t!? It’s one of the only days I don’t have to teach and can really spend time in the gym. Today was Back and Bi’s. One of my favorites. After my workout I refueled with a Pumpkin Protein Shake. Nope still not tired of Pumpkin:)

1/2 Frozen Banana

1 Tbsp Pure Pumpkin

1 Tbsp PB2
