There is something about food prep on Sunday that really motivates me for the up coming week. Having my meals cooked for the week helps me stay on track with eating clean. All I have to do is grab my tupperware out the refrigerator, reheat and I’m set. In the morning I love the protein muffins and hard boilded eggs, because I can grab and go. Feels good to be ready to conquer the week ahead!

Pumpkin Protein Muffins, Hard Boiled Eggs, Peppers, Power Balls, Grilled Chicken and Squash.

  1. Banana Pumpkin Protein Muffins– Omit the banana and they are still good.
  2. Gluten Free Power Balls
  3. Grilled Chicken- Seasoned with Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy, salt, pepper, and Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb. Cook on George Foreman with mushrooms.
  4. Squash- Cut in half and remove seeds. Add 1 Tbsp, 1 tsp cinnamon and pumpkin spice and 1 tsp honey to both sides. Cook at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
  5. Hard Boiled Eggs
  6.  Peppers

I will be really focusing on my diet the next couple of weeks to prepare for my Cover Photo Shoot. Did I really say that!?
