Are you trying to get your family to Eat Clean? What better way than Clean Spaghetti! This recipe is easy and a great family meal. Crockpot meals are great if you are on the go or don’t have time to prepare a meal.Throw everything in and come home to a yummy smelling house. Both my son and husband loved this recipe and it lasted us 2 days!
Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti
1. Rinse and Clean 1 pack of chicken breast. Cut squash and zucchini into small pieces.
2. Place all into Crockpot with 1 jar of Trader Joe’s Marinara Sauce ( may use low sodium or low sugar sauce of your choice, but look at ingredients 5 or less is best).
3. Add 1 Tbsp of italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
4. Boil noodles separate then add 1/2-1 cup to spaghetti sauce.
Serve over whole wheat or rice noodles of your choice!
