What do you do when you just don’t feel like working out? Well you go anyway and Sweat with no Regret!Image Wednesday’s are the only evenings I have off from teaching and today I wanted to be lazy and skip my workout. I have recently started Phase 2 of Jamie Eason’s Livefit Trainer and needed to do Chest and Cardio. I have competed this program twice already and you may be wondering why I keep going back? It’s a great program and I love the structure it gives me. It makes me not want to miss a workout and I know exactly what I need to do when I get to the gym. WIN…WIN! Besides squeezing in a workout, I also took Jeremiah to get a haircut and play at the park. He starts Mother’s Morning Out tomorrow. I am so excited what shall I do with my time!? Run errands without lugging him around sounds good.Image
