Fabletics Review

Have you heard of Fabletics? I am one of their Master Trainers and am excited to share with you what they are.

Fabletics is a premium fitness apparel brand  founded by Kate Hudson. Each month you pick out a complete fitness outfit and if you don’t see anything you like you can skip the month. Once you pick your outfit it arrives right to your door each month. Fitness clothes to my door step each month? Yes please!  

I was a little skeptical about how the quality  would be, but after receiving my first outfit I am hooked. This month I recieved the Salar legging and Leon tank. Both are thick and of high quality. I am picky about my leggings and was really happy with these. They didn’t squeeze my waist and were very comfortable. 

I’ve had a few people ask me about the sizing. Don’t worry if something doesn’t fit, as long as you keep the tags on you can exchange it. This outfit is a XS, defiantly check out the sizing chart before you order. You can also get 50% your first outfit here

Paleo Lunch

Are you familiar with the Paleo Diet? It has become increasingly popular lately, but dates back to our ancestors. It’s based on the Caveman era, where food was hunted for or found.  These foods include  lean meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, shellfish, nuts and seeds.

Today I want to share with you a very simple Paleo lunch I packed in my Bento -Ware. If you haven’t checked them out yet, head over to their facebook page and take a look at the Laptop Lunches they are featuring this month. 

Menu

  • 4oz Salmon
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • baked sweet potatoes 

Paleo Baked Salmon
Serves 4

Ingredients
  1. 12 oz salmon fillet
  2. 1/2 tsp olive oil
  3. 1 tsp cumin
  4. 1 tsp chili powder
  5. 1 tsp thyme
  6. salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Place salmon fillets on a parchment or foil lined baking sheet.
  3. Rub olive oil on salmon.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together your cumin, chili powder, thyme and salt and pepper.
  5. Use a spoon to sprinkle on your toppings on your salmon and then your hand to pat into your salmon.
  6. Place in oven for 10-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked.
